Antelope Creek Family Dentistry Christmas Charity
In lieu of Christmas gifts or parties, our team contributes a monetary amount to a charity fund. We have been fortunate to receive outside contributions from the Lincoln component of the Nebraska Dental Hygiene Association. The practice matches the total amount collected, and then a contribution is made to a charity. The designated charity for 2010 was the Dental Division of the People's City Mission.

2009 Himalayan Humanitarian Dental Project
Dr. Treat participating in a mission trip to Nepal with the Himalayan Humanitarian Dental Project.
Dr. Treat and her husband, Charlie, traveled to Nepal in early spring 2009 to participate in a dental clinic in Kathmandu at Shree Mangal Dvip Boarding School, founded to meet the needs of children from the remote Himalalyas where there are no schools.
The clinic provided dental care to children from several schools and orphanages in the Kathmandu Valley, who would otherwise not have the opportunity or resources to receive dental care.
Dr. Treat and her husband worked with this organization on a similar trip to India in 2006 and found it to be very personally rewarding.
